I recently moved to the Atlanta area in April 2021 from Seattle/Connecticut. My background is in mechanical engineering and business administration. I spent 8 years as an aerospace engineer and 4 years as a business manager. When not working in the corporate world during the weekdays, I’m an avid Olympic weightlifter, CrossFitter, Powerlifter and strength and conditioning athlete and coach by night.
I previously owned and operated a CrossFit affiliate in Stratford, Connecticut called CrossFit Expressions from 2013 – 2018 before moving to Seattle, WA. I have coached CrossFit for 9 years and have trained people for more than 10 years. I’m a CrossFit Level 1 trainer and a Certified USA Olympic Weightlifting coach. I specialize in CrossFit workouts and Olympic Lifting technique and methodologies. I also specialize in strength and conditioning, HIIT, toning and weight loss programming. Prior to my CrossFit career, I was a NCAA D1 Track & Field sprinter at Central Connecticut State University.
When not training myself or others, l enjoy traveling and visiting new places or countries and soaking up different cultures and perspectives. I’m a big car fan, so there is a major chance you will catch me completing an auto repair or modification to my car or truck.
